A continuing education and development program at company level that seeks to maximize the potential of employees, promoting high performance, career development and performance aligned to a team culture.

Sales Academy that prepares and trains Infiniti sales executives.

EDUCA PROGRAM

This program was established in 2008 with the purpose of attracting university students to live a work experience, contributing to the development of future professionals. Through this program, students have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during their years of study.

AMBAR GYM

We have a gym at our headquarters that has 11 machines that can be used by 15 employees simultaneously.

We have flexible hours taking into consideration work schedules. We offer the services of a personal trainer to create the profile, exercise plan and follow-ups for each employee. We also carry out outdoor exercise activities, Boot Camps.

All activities at Ambar Gym are carried out following all the recommended protocols for COVID-19.

The Amadeo Barletta Award began in 1992, in honor of the founder of Grupo Ambar and was established in Motorambar since 2008. This award seeks to recognize the extraordinary contributions made by our employees, who, through their performance, demonstrate excellence and high sense of responsibility and commitment.

This is a recognition program that aims to identify those employees that through their performance excel in an outstanding manner, leading the company to recognize them, train them, develop them and transform them into Estrellas de Motorambar mentors.
